從澳洲回來10年又5個月,想把放在澳洲銀行的錢還有退休金領一領
赫然發現帳戶好像被盜了??!
首先到NAB的官方網站找聯繫方式
有3個管道
1.AI自動回復,但無法解決問題,也連不上人工客服,最後都是推薦登入APP使用APP內Call US的服務 或叫你打電話
但是我登入不了APP...
2.打電話(關於電話語音的紀錄 https://wed0618.pixnet.net/blog/post/51063340)
考慮到國際電話費昂貴,我註冊了Viber來撥打
可以使用訂閱支付每月台幣130元(只有澳洲)~190元(全球) 無線撥打
事情解決後 可以停止訂閱
3.email
我自己無法找到對應的窗口對話,打電話到澳洲,我在語音訊息裡面又選不到一個可以通往人工接聽的方式,
我最先到feedback部門投訴 ▼

告訴他們我懷疑帳戶被盜,但我英文聽力不好,希望先有窗口可以用文字方式跟我討論這件事
後來收到complaintsteam@nab.com.au的email來信
並且有投訴編號
告訴我需要我打電話去溝通
另外如果還有問題也可以打給complaints team
並且提供了轉接的號碼1800 152 015 (Option 2, then select Option 1)
這是我最先能接通到人工服務,並要求第三方中文翻譯通話的方式
後來經過轉接,行員叫我去填一個申請表,並說如果填表有問題可以email詢問

最後發現我這個問題對口的部門叫Unclaimed Monies

1.這個服務只有有合作的單位可以使用,應該都是政府部門,NAB就不行
2.JP(太平洋紳士)公證服務,在澳洲很多地方都能找到(如圖書館、警察局、甚至商場)
但是他們會有固定的時間出現,不是隨時都在,JP公證的服務是免費的
